PrerequisitesThere are no class prerequisites. Prior classroom experience is helpful, but not required. Cancellation PolicyYou may receive a full 50% refund for up to 14 days after enrollment or up until the time that the TE (Trainer's Edge) is accessed up to 14 days after purchase. Once the TE has been accessed a refund is no longer available. Online Learning Area — including access to all training materials and bonus materialsAll programs include 1 year of access to Trainer's Edge from date of first login.
